We urge all teams to enter as early as possible to avoid being left out. We expect this event to fill up.

The Entry Deadline is July 1st, However, we expect this tournament to fill up early.

Tuesday Aug 1: Beach/Golf Day:
Coaches will be notified about golf as we get closer.
Wednesday Aug 2: Warm Up Game (Friendly).
Each team will have a warm up game on Wednesday.
Thursday Aug 3: Tournament Begins. Pool Play.
Friday Aug 4: Double Elimination Begins.
Saturday and Sunday: Tournament Continues.
Opening Ceremonies: There will be an Opening Ceremonies event scheduled for Wednesday: Aug 2nd in the evening. Details to come.
Gift Exchange: Teams will exchange gifts of sportsmanship with their first game opponent. The gift should be some token of appreciation and/or sportsmanship to commemorate the event. (15 players)
Competition Level: A hard question to answer, but we expect to have all levels of competition. Depending on the number of teams in a division, we may have a Gold or Silver Playoff (teams advance to Gold or Silver based on pool play results). That will be determined once we have entries completed.
Any team that withdraws after the tournament schedule has been posted will not receive a refund unless a replacement team can be found.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy: No team will be considered entered into the tournament until their entry fee is received. Any team that withdraws from the tournament after July 1st for any reason will not receive a refund unless a replacement team can be found.
RAIN POLICY: If inclement weather causes cancellation of the entire tournament before it starts, teams will receive a full refund minus a $200 administration fee.
If inclement weather causes cancellation while the tournament is in progress, teams will receive a refund as follows:
If a team completes 1 game: They will receive a 50% refund.
If a team completes 2 games: There is no refund.
Definition of a completed game: The final score of the game has been recorded.
This tournament is sanctioned by SoftballNation.
NO team will be taken without advance payment and an official SoftballNation Roster completed and signed.
